Please adhere to guidelines. Fliers must be 8.5''x11'' (portrait orientation) or 11''x17'' (landscape orientation). Flier height MUST be 11''. Submit application with a copy of flier to the Department of Transportation Services office.

Upon approval, submit ONLY 20 copies to the DOTS office. Extra copies will not be posted.

DOTS will not be accepting regular paper fliers. Please either laminate with the edges trimmed or print fliers on heavy card stock (80 pounds or higher). If laminated the ads cannot exceed the required dimensions.

• Fliers are posted every other week.
• Plan to submit your application two weeks before your desired post date, and to submit your approved fliers at least one week before your desired post date.
