Shuttle-UM serves the College Park Metro Station weekdays until 12:40am year-around when the University is open. Service is every 8 minutes during peak hours. Weekend service is 12 noon to 1:00am during the academic year. Anyone can ride this Shuttle-UM bus between the center of campus and the College Park Metro Station--no ID is required.

Shuttle-UM offers service to the following areas for students, faculty, and staff (just show your ID to board): Greenbelt/Greenway Center/Beltway Plaza, Springhill Lake, Adelphi, Langley Park, Prince George’s Plaza, Seven Springs and more!

These commuter routes run from 6:30am-10:30pm Monday - Thursday and from 6:30am-7:15pm on Friday during the fall and spring semesters. A modified schedule is available for summer sessions.

All Shuttle-UM buses are "fare-free" - no money is needed to ride!

Contact Shuttle-UM at 301-314-2255 or 301-314-7269, visit www.umd.edu/shuttle or stop by any Shuttle-UM bus for schedules or information regarding employment, evening on-campus routes, paratransit or charters.

Schedules are also available at the University Department of Transportation Services in Regents Drive Garage, Commuter Affairs and Community Service in 1150 Stamp Student Union, or the Info Desk in the Stamp Student Union.

Riding Shuttle-UM, I do not have to worry about parking, walking to class, and paying for gas and maintenance of the car. I would much rather sit on a bus and study or talk to a friend than be stuck driving in heavy traffic or after a long day of classes.
