Transportation to New York and New Jersey

DOTS provides transportation to Metropark, NJ; Cherry Hill, NJ and Port Authority, NY during Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring break.

For Spring Break, buses will leave campus on Friday, March 15th from Cole Activities Building and return to campus on Sunday, March 24th.

Seats for our Spring Break trip are currently sold out and registration is now closed.

Confirmation emails have already been sent out. You only have a ticket for transportation if you received a confirmation email from us. Please do not show up for the bus if you have not already purchased a ticket.

The costs of the trips are $30 one way and $50 roundtrip.

The last day to cancel and get a full refund was Friday, March 1st.

NOTE: Please note this is only transportation from and to campus. Passengers are responsible for their own travel arrangements upon reaching the destination point.

There is also bus transportation to New York City provided through Greyhound Lines, Megabus, Boltbus, and New Century Travel among others.

Transportation to BWI is also available by connecting to the Greenbelt Metro Station from College Park on the Green Metrorail Line and taking the B30 Express Metrobus to BWI Airport.

Shuttle Service to/from BWI Airport

The Department of Transportation Services will operate free shuttle service to the Baltimore/Washington International Airport during Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring break.

For Spring Break, buses will depart from Cole Field House on Friday, March 15th at 6:00am, 9:00am, Noon, 3:00pm, 6:00pm and 9:00pm. Buses return to campus from BWI on Sunday, March 24th at 6:00am, 9:00am, Noon, 3:00pm, 6:00pm and 9:00pm.

Shuttles will leave from Cole Field House and pick up passengers from BWI Airport from Door 18 at the International Arrival terminal. This is the last door in the terminal.

We require no reservations or tickets, but passengers must show a University ID to ride.
